Shadow Weaver

by  MarcyKate Connolly

This review was submitted by Amaya Yamaze, a fifth grader from Texas.

Emmeline has a gift that has hidden her face from the world. Emmeline has the gift of shadow weaving. Her only friend is her own shadow, named Dar. One day her home is intruded by a man who knows and wants to take Emmeline away from magic. Her parents accept the offer, for they hate the magic. Dar tells Emmeline that she’ll run away, and protect her from any danger.

Shadow Weaver is a breath-taking, finger-crossing book. I really recommend this book, for it is amazing. MarcyKate Connolly did a GREAT job on this book. I hope you read and enjoy the book Shadow Weaver.
